Das sind, kurz gesagt, (\u00fcblicherweise) ehrenamtlich gef\u00fchrte Selbsthilfe-Fahrradwerkst\u00e4tten. Dass es so etwas grunds\u00e4tzlich gibt, war mir zwar davor schon bewusst (hier <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bikekitchen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wikipedia<\/a> dazu), hab es allerdings erst dort auch live erlebt (<a href=\"https:\/\/mega-stoffel.de\/weblog\/2017\/07\/09\/bike-kitchen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vancouver<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/mega-stoffel.de\/weblog\/2017\/07\/24\/wabamun-lake-edmonton\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Edmonton<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/mega-stoffel.de\/weblog\/2017\/10\/31\/in-quebec-city\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Quebec<\/a> und danach auch in <a href=\"https:\/\/mega-stoffel.de\/weblog\/2018\/02\/15\/in-dunedin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dunedin<\/a>). Selbsthilfewerkst\u00e4tten gibt es in Stuttgart auch, z.B. vom lokalen ADFC, den &#8222;Keller5&#8220;, beim Muse-O im Osten oder auch als allgemeine offene Werkstatt, den <a href=\"https:\/\/hobbyhimmel.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hobbyhimmel<\/a>.<br \/>\nUnd inzwischen gibt es auch eine solche Werkstatt in Stuttgart, die sich Bikekitchen nennt: <a href=\"https:\/\/bikekitchen-stuttgart.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/bikekitchen-stuttgart.de<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Und kaum bin ich in der &#8222;Szene&#8220; drin, schon kriege ich von dem j\u00e4hrlichen Treffen der europ\u00e4ischen Bikekitchens mit, dem <a href=\"https:\/\/cyclocamp.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cyclocamp<\/a>. Ohne viele Erwarungen da hin und von den ersten Impressionen gleich mal beeindruckt. So z.B. beim &#8222;Jousting&#8220;, also dem Lanzenstechen. Das wurde sowohl mit den Freakbikes gemacht\u00a0 &#8211; aber nat\u00fcrlich auch mit Tallbikes. Auch war die ganze &#8222;Unorganisiertheit&#8220;, sprich &#8222;Selbstverwaltung&#8220; irgendwie bisschen zu viel.<br \/>\nNachdem ich diese Unzufriedenheit auf den 80km mit dem beladenen Hexabike aus dem Kopf strampelte und zwei N\u00e4chte wieder im trockenen und warmen Bett schlief, bin ich f\u00fcr die letzten zwei Tage nochmal dorthin &#8211; dann allerdings mit einem vern\u00fcnftigen Rad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>damals in Kanada habe ich sog. &#8222;Bikekitchens&#8220; erlebt.
